Simay KİRAZLI

Simay Kirazlı graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics, and began her career as a trainer in 2011. She strengthened her 11 years of post-graduate training experience with coaching, completing her education at Erickson Coaching International, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited school. She earned the PEC credential and began her coaching practice.

She continues to coach with the intention of observing people’s differences, walking alongside them, engaging with their ideas, and supporting them in realizing their life vision. Rather than pursuing surface-level visibility, she stays curious by exploring what lies beneath the surface. In the training programs and presentations she designs, she shares her research on “the human search for meaning” and “the richness of human life.”

Embracing personal development as an ongoing journey, she closely follows international developments in the field. She has made learning and growth a personal passion, both for herself and to help her clients reach their best selves. She also views participating in volunteer initiatives, traveling, and discovering new cultures as essential complements to this path.
