
EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT

Human resources (HR) evaluations are a critical tool for organizations to optimize employee performance and achieve strategic goals. By identifying employees' strengths and areas for development, they enhance individual and organizational success (Universal Class, 2023). They support competency-based decisions in employee selection, placement, and promotions, strengthening job fit, productivity, and motivation (Schmidt & Hunter, 1998; Kristof-Brown et al., 2005; DeNisi & Pritchard, 2006).
