Why Should This Training Be Taken?
Stress management training enables leaders to effectively cope with stress and thus improve their individual performance, team management skills and the overall work environment. Trained leaders can make better decisions by remaining calm under stress, manage crises more effectively and have a stance that inspires confidence in their employees. This increases employee motivation and reduces negative effects such as burnout and employee turnover. Stress management reduces tension in the work environment, protects the physical and mental health of leaders and enables the business to become more efficient and sustainable.

The aim of the training is to ensure that participants;
Have knowledge about the formation, source and structure of stress,
Gain awareness about their own stress formation, structure and sources,
Manage their stress and stress perception,
Eliminate the negative emotions, thoughts and mental constructs that trigger and cause stress and gain stress-preventing practices, tools and competencies.
With these gains, they will be able to create a personal change structure and model that will lead them to a stress-free life.
The workshop, which was developed by harmonizing NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), right-left brain stimulation, breathing techniques and subconscious suggestion techniques, is structured in three stages.
In the first stage, participants will have awareness about the formation, source, structure, cycle and stress perception of their own stress.
In the second stage, they will learn by experiencing the tools, applications and methods that prevent stress formation.
In the third stage, participants will be able to create structures and models that will enable them to manage their stress perceptions by using the tools, applications and methods they have acquired within the framework of their own stress structures.
