Fuat Korhan Eryılmaz graduated from the English Department of Business Administration at Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1990 and successfully completed the Ziraat Bank Banking School program in 1991, stepping into his career in the Capital Markets field at the Bank's General Directorate Securities Unit.
He started working at Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. (formerly known as the Istanbul Stock Exchange) in 1992, first in the Stock Market, then in the founding team of the Surveillance Department, and then in the founding team of the International Market Department. During this period, he took part in many important projects such as the design, creation and development of electronic surveillance and monitoring systems and electronic transaction systems used in the Stock Exchange; and provided numerous trainings in-house and outside the institution regarding the developed systems, projects and markets. He served as Chief Inspector in the Inspection and Supervision Board, then assumed the leadership of the Developing Enterprises Market project group, managed the design and development processes of the market's legislative infrastructure and transaction systems, and served as the market's manager from the time this market became operational in 2008 until he left the Stock Exchange in 2014. He completed the Master of Business Administration program at Beykent University in 2011. He has worked in the field of capital markets for 23 years. Throughout his career at the Borsa, he has worked as an instructor in numerous training programs and has taken part as a speaker in conferences and panels organized within the scope of the public offering campaign and the promotional activities of the Emerging Enterprises Market.
Since 2014, he has been providing consultancy on Capital Markets Legislation and Public Offerings, and since 2015, he has started to provide preparation training for Capital Markets Licensing Exams, and has carried out the design, organization and presentation of trainings for these exams on an institutional and individual basis.
