Her curiosity about human potential has led her to learn, discover, and share throughout her life. Her journey, which began with her belief in the power of education, has led her to education expertise, then to coaching and corporate development consultancy. Today, she guides individuals and institutions to know themselves better, realize their potential, and realize their dreams.

For her, coaching is not just a profession; it is a field where people gain awareness on their journey to their true self, discover their inner strength, and experience transformation. With her coaching approach, she supports individuals in developing a solution-oriented perspective, increasing their dreaming skills, and realizing their values. Her biggest motivation is to make a difference, even if it is small, in people's lives and to encourage them to progress on their own paths.

She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Anadolu University, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences. Since the day she graduated, she believed that education continues not only in a classroom but also at every moment of life. She worked as an education specialist in private educational institutions for many years, then her passion for sharing her academic knowledge led her to Istanbul Kültür University, Faculty of Education. Here, she taught basic courses on educational sciences and shared her experiences with young teacher candidates.

Over time, she realized that the managers and teachers she trained did not only need information, but also needed to discover and transform themselves. That's when she met coaching. She completed the "Art and Science of Coaching Training Program" (ACTP) at Erickson Coaching International, an accredited school authorized by the ICF (International Coach Federation), and received the title of Professional Coach. Since then, she has been conducting individual and team coaching studies with senior managers, teams, professionals, and young people.

She focused her training and consultancy studies on topics such as solution-oriented leadership, communication, problem solving, creative thinking skills, teamwork, and trainer training. She guides the development of institutions by collaborating with local governments, private sector, and civil society organizations.

However, the most meaningful work for her is the social responsibility projects that support today's youth, teachers, and women. Creating equal opportunities in education and ensuring that individuals believe in their dreams and potential is her greatest motivation.

She believes that the meaning of her name, "illuminating, enlightening, guiding," reflects her life mission. That's why she researches, writes, gives speeches, and gives trainings on leadership, communication, storytelling, feedback, brain and learning, and the power of imagination.

She looks at life with curiosity, joy, hope, and pleasure. She says, “A person should have a dream, a life, and a story to tell in their life journey” and is very happy to accompany each individual in discovering their own story.
