RANA PENDAR

Rana PENDAR is a Senior Executive, Leadership and Team Coach with the title of International Coach Federation (PCC, Professional Certified Coach).

She received her coaching training at Adler Learning International Coaching School, an accredited school by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and later completed her advanced coaching training at the same school. Due to her interest in differences and development, she completed 5 modules at the Balance Center Erickson Coaching International, an ICF accredited school, in the following years and earned the PCC title.

Rana Pendar graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration and received her FCE certificate from The London School of English. She then completed the “International Business” program at the Istanbul University Institute of Business Economics in Türkiye. Simultaneously with her education, she worked as a theater actress in a professional group for 6 years.

After her education, Rana Pendar started her career in finance, worked in corporate and individual banking departments in leading banks in Türkiye and held managerial positions, and throughout her professional career, she has always prioritized the development and training of her teams. She decided to shift her career in the finance sector to the field of education and coaching and worked in this field. The idea of touching people's lives and being a companion in realizing their life visions is her motivation. Since the most important elements that serve the purpose of life are freedom, love, courage, change and balance, "coaching" has a special importance in her life.
She has designed and presented numerous trainings on personal development, which is her area of expertise. She provides trainings on “Communication Skills”, “Self-Awareness”, “Teamwork and Trust”, “Feedback and Confrontation”, “Management Skills and Leadership”, “Performance Management”, “Training the Trainer”, “Training and Creativity with Facilitation”, “Social Styles”, “Sales Skills”, “High Performance and Communication with NLP” and “Transactional Analysis”.

Travelling to different regions and getting to know new cultures, trekking in different regions, skiing and surfing, and playing the piano are her favourite hobbies.
