SİMAY KİRAZLI ERDEM

After graduating from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics, Simay Kirazlı Erdem started her coaching career in 2011. After completing her undergraduate education, she strengthened her 11 years of coaching experience with the coaching branch and completed her training in this field at Erickson Coaching International, which has the International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation, earned the PEC title, and started her coaching work.

She continues to coach people to observe their differences, to touch their ideas by walking next to them, and to realize their life visions. She always keeps her sense of curiosity fresh by investigating the mystery of the deep, not the superficial appearance. She shares her research on "man's search for meaning" and "people's rich life" in the trainings and presentations she designs.

She also sees participating in volunteer projects, traveling, and getting to know new cultures as the greatest complements in this process, and shares her experiences and discoveries with her storytelling skills by serving within Fuente.
