She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), serving as an Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach, ICF Mentor Coach, EMCC Supervisor, Professional Trainer, and Training Designer.
She provides professional coaching, team coaching, consultancy services in areas such as establishing and implementing human resources systems, setting up internal mentoring systems, employee selection and placement, as well as leadership development programs and management and leadership competency training. She has over 5,000 hours of professional training experience and more than 5,000 hours of leadership and executive coaching experience.
In addition to her professional coaching credentials, she is a certified user of the Birkman Personality Inventory, HL OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire), SHL WPS (Work Profiling System), and the 16 PF (Personality Inventory) from the Behavioral Sciences Institute.
About
H. Bahar Zengingönül completed her high school education at Ankara Science High School and graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1980 as an Industrial Engineer. She then worked as a specialist at Karsan Otomotiv A.Ş. and Coats İplik Sanayi A.Ş., and as the Industrial Engineering Department Manager at Beymen Konfeksiyon A.Ş., accumulating over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
During her tenure, she participated in projects such as “Production Standards Determination,” “Cost Accounting,” and “Restructuring,” with a core focus on “increasing productivity.”
She continued her work in productivity as a project manager in the Organization Department at YKB Bank in the finance sector.
Believing that the key to productivity lies in effectively leveraging human resources, she transitioned to the Human Resources field. She served as Human Resources Department Manager at Eval Profilo Small Appliances A.Ş. and Vestel Group of Companies, and as Human Resources Coordinator at Yeni Karamürsel Büyük Mağazacılık A.Ş.
In her HR roles, she managed projects such as “Process-Based Management,” “SAP HR Program Adaptation,” “Competency-Based HR Management,” “Organizational Restructuring in Transforming Companies,” “Performance Management,” and “Compensation Evaluation.” Her guiding principles in these projects were to establish “fair systems for employees” and “systems that recognize and evaluate employees' efforts.”
As a consultant, she supported medium-sized companies in various sectors on topics such as “Establishing and Implementing HR Systems” and “Employee Selection and Placement.”

In 2005, H. Bahar Zengingönül completed the “Applied Life Coaching” program jointly organized by Foundations (South Africa) and Middlesex University (UK), earning a coaching certificate. Her thesis in the coaching program focused on “Coaching families and students in career and school selection.”
She completed Erickson International's “The Art and Science of Coaching” certification program in November 2008, earned Erickson International's professional certification in June 2009, and obtained the ICF PCC title in 2014.
An active member of ICF-Turkey since 2006 and EMCC since 2013, H. Bahar Zengingönül is also a founding member of ICF-Turkey. She has volunteered in projects organized by ICF-ÇYDD, ICF-Endeavor, ICF-Kariyernet, and ICF-Yenibiriş platforms and has provided career coaching to alumni at the METU Alumni Association.
With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, H. Bahar Zengingönül holds the titles of ICF PCC, ICF Mentor Coach, and ICF Assessor, and is an EMCC-accredited supervisor. She continues her work as a consultant, NLP practitioner, and “performance and development coach” at both corporate and individual levels, while also serving as a supervisor and mentor coach to support developing coaches.
