She provides professional coaching services, strategic consultancy—particularly in multicultural team management, organizational transformation, and large-scale project development, with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector—along with leadership development programs and management and leadership competency training. She has over 1,000 hours of professional training experience, more than 500 hours of leadership and executive coaching experience, and over 5,000 hours of consultancy experience.
