She holds the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Within Fuente, she provides organizations with professional coaching and team coaching services and has more than 10,000 hours of leadership, executive, and career coaching experience.

About

She completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, earned her master’s degree from the same university’s Institute of Social Sciences, and received her PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision from Okan University. Learning and development have been her primary passion. After working as an academic and teacher at various educational institutions, she founded İz Coaching Training and Consultancy in 2009 to support young people in preparing for the future with confidence.

Holding the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Henden launched Türkiye’s first ICF-approved “Education and Student Coaching” program in 2009 and introduced the “ADHD Coaching” program in 2010. She continues to provide one-to-one coaching, with a particular focus on young people aged 13 to 33 and neurodivergent learners, while also delivering ICF-approved certificate programs. In parallel, she continues her academic research on microaggressions. Her purpose is to create “an inclusive world with self-confident young people and parents who empower them through freedom.” To advance this mission, she works both academically and personally to help all social identities surrounding young people develop coaching skills.

With over 10,000 hours of one-to-one coaching, particularly in career coaching, and extensive trainer experience, Henden currently teaches “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” and “Preparation for Working Life 101” at Acıbadem University.
