Dr. Yasemin MANAVBAŞI

She is a specialist in Applied Psychology and a Viktor Frankl Institute certified Logotherapy practitioner. Originally an academic in the natural sciences, Yasemin Manavbaşı has developed a neuroscience-based, brain-centered approach to personality and competency development.

Dr. Manavbaşı is a graduate of METU Department of Biological Sciences. She completed an MBA at Marmara University and conducted academic work at Gazi University and the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

During the six years she lived in Austria, she pursued her doctoral studies and served as a researcher and project lead on an EU initiative, managing international collaborations in the field of pharmaceutical development. Upon returning from Austria, she introduced ERC (European Railway Company), an auditing firm, to the Turkish market, played an active role in quality process audits within the railway sector, and became one of the few women business leaders contributing to the National Train Project. She also took part in auditing the quality processes of many SMEs operating in the railway industry. In addition, for seven years she founded and managed a clinic operating in aesthetic surgery and holistic health, gaining hands-on experience with diverse leadership styles.

Alongside her training work in leadership development and productivity, she is a teacher of Primordial Sound Meditation, a 4,000-year-old mental practice method. She offers organizations holistic solutions focused on building stress-resilient minds, enhancing mental clarity, and improving focus.

She has also maintained an active stage music career, both with groups and as a solo performer, since 1997. She is the author of five internationally published academic articles that continue to receive citations.
