Rana PENDAR

She received her coaching education at Adler Learning International, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach training school, and subsequently completed advanced-level coaching training at the same institution. Driven by her curiosity for diversity and continuous development, she later completed five modules at Denge Merkezi Erickson Coaching International, an ICF-accredited school, and earned the PCC credential.

Rana Pendar graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, and obtained the FCE certificate from The London School of English. She then completed the “International Business Administration” program at Istanbul University’s Institute of Business Economics. In parallel with her education, she performed as a theatre actor in a professional ensemble for six years.

Following her studies, she began her career in finance and worked in corporate and retail banking at some of Türkiye’s leading banks, taking on managerial roles. Throughout her professional career, she consistently prioritized the development and training of her teams. She later decided to transition from the financial sector to the fields of learning and coaching, where she has continued her work. Her core motivation is to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and to accompany them as they bring their life vision to life. Because freedom, love, courage, change, and balance are central to her purpose, coaching holds a distinctive place in her life.

Specializing in personal development, she has designed and delivered a wide range of programs. She provides training in Communication Skills, Personal Awareness, Teamwork and Trust, Feedback and Courageous Conversations, Management Skills and Leadership, Performance Management, Train-the-Trainer, Facilitation for Learning and Creativity, Social Styles, Sales Skills, High Performance and Communication with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming - Nöro Dilbilimsel Programlama), and Transactional Analysis.

With 5,000+ hours of professional training delivery and 3,500+ hours of leadership and executive coaching experience, Pendar also enjoys traveling to different regions and discovering new cultures, trekking in diverse locations, skiing and surfing, and playing the piano.
