Dr. YASEMİN MANAVBAŞI

Dr. Yasemin Manavbaşı, a graduate of Sola Unitas Academy accredited by the International Coach Federation, is a senior executive coach trainer and facilitator with the ACC title.

She holds a certificate in Existential Analysis and Logotherapy from the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy.

Her career passion is to offer a Neuro-Science based approach to the infinite development potential of humans in her trainings and to provide trainings that will create a behavioral change outcome and leave a mark.

After graduating from METU in 2002, she completed the Master of Business Administration program at Marmara University Institute of Contemporary Sciences, which was carried out in collaboration with Maine University Business School. Then, Dr. Yasemin Manavbaşı, who started her professional career in the sales department of a pharmaceutical company, transferred to Gazi University Faculty of Pharmacy in 2005 and started her academic career there, where she gained a scientific perspective on the teaching and coaching approach.

In 2007, she moved to Graz, Austria, where she lived for six years to continue her professional life.

She worked as a manager and scientific researcher in an EU Research Project advancing the field of drug development with the participation of 12 countries at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, one of the prestigious academic institutions in Europe. She has participated in numerous scientific meetings in Europe and North America.

Dr. Yasemin Manavbaşı gained her first teaching experience by applying the competency training she received within the scope of EU programs to her teammates in her own institute in Austria in 2008. The positive feedback she received paved the way for her to build a career in this field.

Transferring what she learned about productivity in multicultural environments to the need for entrepreneurship, Dr. Yasemin Manavbaşı brought an engineering company operating in Railway Inspection & EU Legislation Conformity Certification (ERC, European Railway Company) to the country when she returned to Türkiye and took part in the inspection of the quality processes of many SMEs operating in the railway sector.

She became one of the rare female business people who contributed to the National Train Project with her team, working as a reliable solution partner of TCDD and its suppliers during an important period of legislative transition.

She experienced different leadership styles by founding and managing a clinic providing services in the field of aesthetic surgery and holistic health in Istanbul for 7 years.

While continuing her master's degree in applied psychology, her vision is shaped by the satisfaction of helping leaders achieve their personal and professional goals within organizational development and finding creative solutions to the rapidly changing business world.

She has five scientific research articles published in internationally respected journals that are still cited. She also has monthly articles published in the Sunday supplement of a newspaper.

She meditates every day, is a meditation teacher herself, and travels alone at home and around the world whenever she gets the chance.

Manavbaşı is a member of ICF Global, ICF Turkey Chapter, BPW Istanbul International Business and Professional Women's Association, TEGEP, and METU Alumni Association.
