In each module, after the training, the participant begins to transfer and experience the competence gained in the training to real life during the period until the next module.
During this experience, he applied the competence he gained in education to real life.
Solves the problems encountered at the transfer point through coaching conversations.
A certain period of time before the next module, all participants share their experiences and evaluations of the implementation of the competencies they have gained in a one-day “follow-up” session in the form of group coaching, and create common sense and common solutions through the brainstorming method.
