About
After graduating from Saint Benoît French High School, she completed a degree in Sociology at Boğaziçi University. She conducted her master’s studies and thesis in the fields of business and advertising at New York University Hunter College and Yeditepe University. She earned her PhD at Istanbul University, focusing her dissertation on non-governmental organizations.
From a young age, she gained extensive professional experience, including serving as a holding company Vice President. Across sectors such as tourism, mining, advertising, and media, she held leadership roles in corporate communications, marketing, and sales.
She has comprehensive expertise in productivity, management skills, promotions and transfers, personal development, corporate communications, and crisis and reputation management.
She has provided team and change coaching and advisory services to numerous board members and senior executives across diverse industries. She has taught thousands of students at undergraduate and graduate levels at various universities, and has led productivity and motivation-focused team coaching engagements for corporate teams.
A key achievement of Nurluoğlu’s work is the productivity methodologies she developed to increase organizational profitability and employee belonging, which she shares in her “Team Productivity and Communication Charter” workshops. She is the creator of the Productivity School and Happiness School concepts. She is also among the rare experts who help teams reconcile during internal disputes and who support effective communication balance between blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Executives who work with Dr. Nurluoğlu make meaningful progress in winning employee trust and increasing performance in a short time through lean, practical changes in management and behavioral habits. She has led countless projects in strategic planning and field execution, including crisis management, personal branding, internal communications, employee motivation, strike processes, and reputation management.

She is the founding Chair of the Emergency Needs Project Foundation (AİP). Through nationwide social initiatives, she plays an active role in meeting the needs of thousands of people. She is also a traveler who visits orphanages and water-scarce, impoverished villages around the world. In Africa, she established an open orphanage founded by a Turkish initiative and a charity farm that feeds the hungry. She leads projects that deliver water, food, and essential supplies to thousands of people in challenging and high-risk locations.
She travels to remote parts of the world to observe how different cultures approach happiness. She is the author of four books on happiness, leadership, values, and social responsibility.
