Her curiosity about human potential has driven her to a lifelong journey of learning, exploring, and sharing. Her belief in the power of education led her from being an education specialist to a coach and corporate development consultant. Today, she guides individuals and organizations to better understand themselves, recognize their potential, and achieve their dreams.

For her, coaching is not just a profession but a space where individuals gain awareness, discover their inner strength, and transformation experience during their journey to their authentic selves. Through her coaching approach, she helps individuals develop a solution-focused perspective, enhance their ability to dream, and recognize their values. Her greatest motivation is to make even a small difference in people's lives and encourage them to progress on their own paths.

She completed her undergraduate and master's degrees in the Department of Educational Sciences at Anadolu University's Faculty of Education. From the day she graduated, she believed that education extends beyond the classroom and continues in every moment of life. She worked for many years as an education specialist in private educational institutions before her passion for sharing academic knowledge brought her to Istanbul Kültür University's Faculty of Education. There, she taught foundational courses in educational sciences and shared her experiences with aspiring teachers.

Over time, she realized that the managers and teachers she trained needed not only knowledge but also self-discovery and transformation. This realization introduced her to coaching. She completed the “Art and Science of Coaching” program (ACTP) at Erickson Coaching International, an accredited school authorized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), earning the title of Professional Coach. Since then, she has been conducting individual and team coaching with senior executives, teams, professionals, and young people.

She focuses on her training and consultancy work on solution-focused leadership, communication, problem-solving, creative thinking skills, teamwork, and trainer education. Collaborating with local governments, private sector organizations, and NGOs, she guides institutional development.

Her most meaningful work, however, lies in social responsibility projects that support today's youth, teachers, and women. Creating equal opportunities in education and empowering individuals to believe in their dreams and potential is her greatest motivation.

She believes that the meaning of her name—“illuminating, guiding, pathfinding”—reflects her life mission. Therefore, she researches, writes, speaks, and provides training on leadership, communication, storytelling, feedback, the brain and learning, and the power of dreaming.

She approaches life with curiosity, joy, hope, and enthusiasm. “Every person should have a dream, a life, and a story to tell in their life's journey,” she says, finding great happiness in accompanying individuals as they discover their own stories.
