She is an executive, leadership, and team coach, a graduate of Erickson Coaching International and TPC Leadership, and holds the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential.

Özlem Aydın Ayyıldız began her career in 2000 at Yapı Kredi Bankası and continued her professional journey in 2009 at Parker, a global leader in motion and control technologies. Over 18 years, she held a range of roles from customer relations to sales management, including leadership positions.

Today, as a professional coach dedicated to human development, she supports individuals and teams in unlocking their potential and advancing toward their goals with greater awareness and effectiveness. As the Türkiye representative of two international coaching firms, she provides individual, executive, and career coaching.

She also coaches teams within the Strategy Dynamics Lab.© programs under Execution Partners, helping strengthen strategic awareness and team synergy.

Beyond her core coaching education, she has deepened her development path through training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) at Practitioner and Master levels, Creative Facilitation Techniques, Deep Democracy Leadership, Transactional Analysis, and Points of You. She continues to grow both personally and professionally through a strong commitment to continuous learning and renewal.
