Arzu Mülayim believes that true leadership is not merely a title, but a journey shaped by experience, transformation, and strategic perspective. With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, she guides executives in strengthening strategic decision-making, effective communication, and team leadership capabilities.

As both a medical doctor and an executive coach, Mülayim has lived and worked in Türkiye, Switzerland, and Dubai.

Through senior leadership roles at global pharmaceutical companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim and Sanofi, she has built extensive expertise in leading multicultural teams across countries, driving organizational transformation, and managing large-scale initiatives. Coaching in both Turkish and English, she supports leaders in becoming stronger and more effective in the global business environment.
