Korhan ERYILMAZ

Fuat Korhan Eryılmaz graduated in 1990 from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration (English). In 1991, he successfully completed the Banking School Program of Ziraat Bank and began his career in the capital markets field at the bank’s Head Office Securities Unit.

In 1992, he joined Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. (formerly the Istanbul Stock Exchange). He first worked in the Equities Market, then served on the founding team of the Surveillance Unit, and subsequently on the founding team of the International Markets Unit. During this period, he contributed to numerous major initiatives, including the design, development, and implementation of electronic surveillance, monitoring, and trading systems. He also delivered extensive training, both internally and externally, on these systems, related projects, and market structures.

He later served as Chief Inspector within the Inspection and Surveillance Board. He then led the project group for the Emerging Companies Market (GİP), overseeing the development of its regulatory framework and trading systems. From the market’s launch in 2008 until his departure from Borsa İstanbul in 2014, he served as the manager of the Emerging Companies Market. In 2011, he completed an MBA at Beykent University. He was actively engaged in the capital markets for 23 years. Throughout his career at Borsa İstanbul, he acted as a trainer in numerous programs and participated as a speaker in conferences and panels focused on initial public offering processes and the promotion of the Emerging Companies Market.

Since 2014, he has been providing consultancy services in Capital Markets Regulations and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Since 2015, he has been delivering preparatory training for Capital Markets Licensing Examinations, managing the design, organization, and delivery of these programs for both corporate clients and individual participants.
