He holds the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program. He serves as an Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, as well as a Professional Trainer and Learning Design Specialist.

He provides organizations with professional coaching, team coaching, strategic consulting, leadership development programs, and management and leadership competency training. He has over 5,000 hours of professional training delivery experience and more than 3,500 hours of leadership and executive coaching experience.

In addition to his professional coaching credentials, he is an internationally certified Erickson NLP Master Practitioner and holds the title of internationally certified hypnotherapist accredited by the IGH (International Guild of Hypnosis).

About

Tayfun Kandıralı graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, and spent 23 years working in the capital markets at Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. (formerly the Istanbul Stock Exchange), serving across market operations, surveillance, inspection, and audit functions. Over the course of his career, he held roles including Market Specialist, Expert, Chief Inspector, Chief Auditor, and Deputy Chair of the Inspection and Surveillance Board.

During 18 of those years, Kandıralı served in management positions and acted as both project leader and project manager on major initiatives, including the design, development, and implementation of the electronic trading system and the electronic surveillance and monitoring systems currently used by the Exchange. He also delivered numerous internal and external training programs on the systems, projects, and market structures he helped build.

Throughout his career, he consistently placed people at the center of his work and participated in a wide range of personal development programs. His curiosity about understanding human nature, his belief in people, and his passion for contributing value led him on a journey from the world of numbers and regulation to serving as a professional coach, trainer, and consultant.

He completed his coaching education at Adler Learning International, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach training school. Since 2014, Tayfun Kandıralı has provided organizations with professional coaching, team coaching, strategic consulting, leadership development programs, and management and leadership competency training. He has 5,000+ hours of professional training delivery experience and 3,500+ hours of leadership and executive coaching experience.

In addition to his professional coaching credentials, Kandıralı is an internationally certified Erickson NLP Master Practitioner and an internationally certified hypnotherapist accredited by IGH (International Guild of Hypnosis). His main interests include cultural travel, camping, photography, poetry, philosophy, history, and Far Eastern martial arts. He holds a 4th Dan black belt in Aikido.
