SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Why Should This Training Be Taken?
Situational leadership is an approach in which a leader adapts his/her leadership style according to the competence and commitment levels of his/her followers. The biggest advantage of this model is its flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to the needs of employees. Each individual is at a different stage of the development process, and a single leadership style may not be effective in every situation. Situational leadership allows leaders to guide their followers in the most appropriate way by taking these differences into account. With the Situational Leadership Approach, leaders accelerate the development processes of their employees by providing guidance and support appropriate to their competence levels. Applying leadership styles appropriate to different situations increases harmony and productivity within the team. Employees are motivated with a leadership approach that suits their needs, and their commitment to their work increases. In the dynamic business world, situational leadership allows leaders to quickly adapt to changing conditions.
