Why Should This Training Be Taken?

The aim of the training is to provide the participants with the Positive Communication perspective and skill, which focuses on and focuses on the positive, motivates, creates trust, creates a ground for persuasion and compromise, and makes them feel that they are moving forward together, as a tool that they can use in both their business and private lives, and thus, to ensure that the participants develop their positive communication skills at work and create a healthier, more motivating and productive work environment. Within the framework of this purpose, the training is designed with a coaching approach, focusing on providing the participants with the knowledge, skills and methods that will enable them to create awareness on their own communication and the basic dynamics of Positive Communication and to implement the Positive Communication perspective and approach by experiencing and internalizing them through applications simulated from real life situations.
