Soft Skills Trainings are 1-3 day trainings designed according to the needs of the institution and focused on developing the knowledge and skills of the participants on a specific subject (Leadership Competencies, Effective Feedback, Positive Communication, etc.).
All content and theoretical information covered in the training is processed with cases, applications and role-plays that are simulated from real life/work environment situations that the participants will experience firsthand and that create awareness.
Afterwards, by focusing on the participants' experiences and awareness in practice, the most accurate approach is researched with common sense fed by theoretical knowledge specific to the subject within the framework of the experience and awareness that has emerged, and the application, method and tool that can make this approach possible in practice are conveyed to the participants.
In this way, the participant internalizes the knowledge and concept through experience with a high level of self-awareness and also acquires tools/practices/methods that he/she can later apply in the organization and in his/her life.
The trainings below form a specific framework in terms of topics and content. The content of the trainings, the cases covered and the application simulations are created in a way specific to the organization, taking into account the goals, expectations, structure and culture of the organization where the training will be given.
