Why Should This Training Be Taken?

These principles are the principles that enable a person to reach a certain level of professional coaching competence, and the main purpose of the program is to provide participants with the basic coaching skills, tools and competencies that will enable them to reflect the “coaching perspective and approach” in their communications in every area of their lives, especially in business life, when needed.

Training Duration: 2 full days (8+8 total 16 hours) Number of Participants: In line with interactive applications and the dynamics of experiencing and learning together by participating, the recommended number of participants is a maximum of 12 people in order to ensure the highest level of training efficiency.
