EFFICIENT MEETING MANAGEMENT

Fuente Efficient Meeting Management Training

Why Should This Training Be Taken?

Although meetings are a strategic tool for an organization to achieve its goals and to carry out its work effectively, they can turn into a waste of time, energy and conflict when not managed efficiently. Effective meeting management not only saves time, but also strengthens cooperation, accelerates decision-making processes and increases team focus. A productive meeting ensures that participants clearly understand their roles and responsibilities, share their views and convert decisions into actionable actions. A well-planned and managed meeting motivates participants, keeps communication channels open and supports harmony, which is one of the cornerstones of organizational success. Using meetings as an effective tool brings out the potential of individuals and teams, ensuring high performance and effective results.

Purpose of Education

A meeting is a process involving more than one person and is essentially a team effort. In this process, a system with its own dynamics is formed. This training has been designed to provide participants with the awareness, theoretical knowledge and skills required to provide and manage a positive and effective meeting environment where there is efficient, contributing communication, where decisions can be made with consensus, and where results are achieved, taking into account the principles of Team Coaching and System Approach.
