Dr. Yasemin MANAVBAŞI

She is an expert in Applied Psychology and a Logotherapy practitioner certified by the Viktor Frankl Institute. Originally an academic in the positive sciences, Yasemin Manavbaşı has developed a neuroscience-based approach to personality and competency development.

Her goal is to design impactful, behavior-changing, and engaging programs tailored to the needs of organizations.

A graduate of METU’s Biological Sciences Department, Dr. Manavbaşı holds an MBA from Marmara University and has conducted academic research at Gazi University and the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

During her six years in Austria, while pursuing her doctoral studies, she worked as a researcher and coordinator on an EU project, leading international collaborations in pharmaceutical development.

Upon returning from Austria, she introduced ERC (European Railway Company), an auditing firm, to the Turkish market, contributing to quality process audits in the railway sector and becoming one of the few women business leaders involved in the National Train Project. She has also played a role in auditing quality processes for numerous SMEs in the railway industry.

Additionally, for seven years, she founded and managed a clinic specializing in aesthetic surgery and holistic health, gaining hands-on experience with diverse leadership styles.

In addition to her leadership development and productivity training, she is a teacher of Primordial Sound Meditation, a 4,000-year-old mental practice method.

She offers holistic solutions to organizations in areas such as stress-resilient mind development, mental clarity, and focus.

Since 1997, she has maintained an active music career, performing both with groups and as a solo artist. This versatility enhances her communication skills and stage presence, which she brings to her training programs.

She is the author of five internationally published, still-cited academic articles.
