Korhan ERYILMAZ

Fuat Korhan Eryılmaz graduated from the English Business Administration Department of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Business in 1990. In 1991, he successfully completed the Ziraat Bank Banking School program and began his career in the Capital Markets at the Bank’s Head Office Securities Unit.

In 1992, he started working at Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. (formerly Istanbul Stock Exchange), initially in the Equities Market, then as part of the founding team of the Surveillance Department, and later in the founding team of the International Markets Department. During this time, he contributed to numerous significant projects, including the design, development, and implementation of electronic surveillance, monitoring, and trading systems. He delivered extensive training both within and outside the organization on these systems, projects, and markets. He served as a Chief Inspector in the Inspection and Surveillance Board and later led the Emerging Companies Market project group, managing the development of its regulatory framework and trading systems. From the market’s launch in 2008 until his departure from Borsa İstanbul in 2014, he served as its manager. In 2011, he completed an MBA in Business Administration at Beykent University. He actively worked in the capital markets for 23 years. Throughout his career at Borsa İstanbul, he served as a trainer in numerous programs and participated as a speaker in conferences and panels related to public offering initiatives and the promotion of the Emerging Companies Market.

Since 2014, he has been providing consultancy on Capital Markets Regulations and Public Offerings. Starting in 2015, he began offering training for Capital Markets Licensing Exams, designing, organizing, and delivering these programs for both corporate and individual clients.
