She is an executive, leadership, and team coach, a graduate of Erickson Coaching International and TPC Leadership, and holds the PCC credential.

Özlem Aydın Ayyıldız began her career in 2000 at Yapı Kredi Bankası and continued in 2009 at Parker, a global leader in motion and control technologies. Over an 18-year professional career, she held roles ranging from customer relations to sales management, including leadership positions.

Today, as a professional coach dedicated to human development, she supports individuals and teams in unlocking their potential and moving toward their goals with greater awareness and effectiveness. As the Türkiye representative of two international coaching organizations, she provides individual, executive, and career coaching.

She also coaches teams in the Strategy Dynamics Lab.© programs under Execution Partners, helping them strengthen strategic awareness and team synergy. Beyond her core coaching education, she has deepened her professional development through training in areas such as NLP at Practitioner and Master levels, Creative Facilitation Techniques, Deep Democracy Leadership, Transactional Analysis, and Points of You. With a commitment to continuous learning and renewal, she continues to grow both personally and professionally.
