Her curiosity about human potential has guided her throughout her life toward continuous learning, exploration, and sharing. A journey that began with a strong belief in the power of education evolved into expertise in learning and development, then expanded into coaching and corporate development consulting. Today, she supports individuals and organizations in gaining deeper self-awareness, recognizing their potential, and turning their aspirations into reality.

For her, coaching is not merely a profession. It is a space where people develop awareness on their journey back to their essence, uncover their inner strength, and experience meaningful transformation. Through her coaching approach, she helps individuals build a solution-focused perspective, strengthen their ability to envision possibilities, and reconnect with their core values. Her greatest motivation is to create even a small positive impact in people’s lives and encourage them to move forward on their own path.

She completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies in Educational Sciences at Anadolu University, Faculty of Education. From the day she graduated, she has believed that learning does not take place only in a classroom, but continues in every moment of life. She worked for many years as a learning and development specialist in private educational institutions, and her passion for sharing academic knowledge later brought her to Istanbul Kültür University, Faculty of Education. There, she taught core courses in educational sciences and shared her experience with future teachers.

Over time, she recognized that the executives and teachers she worked with needed more than knowledge. They also needed space to discover themselves and transform. That realization led her to coaching. She completed the ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program - Akredite Koç Eğitimi Programı) “The Art and Science of Coaching” program at Erickson Coaching International, an ICF (International Coaching Federation - Uluslararası Koçluk Federasyonu) authorized accredited school, and earned her Professional Coach credential. Since then, she has been delivering individual and team coaching for senior executives, teams, professionals, and young people.

She focuses her training and consulting work on solution-focused leadership, communication, problem-solving, creative thinking skills, teamwork, and train-the-trainer programs. By collaborating with local governments, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations, she supports institutional development. For her, the most meaningful work is carried out through social responsibility initiatives that empower today’s youth, teachers, and women. Creating equal opportunity in education and enabling individuals to believe in their dreams and potential remain central drivers of her work.

She believes that the meaning of her name, illuminating, guiding, and shedding light, reflects her life mission. For this reason, she researches, writes, speaks, and delivers training on leadership, communication, storytelling, feedback, the brain and learning, and the power of dreaming. She approaches life with curiosity, joy, hope, and enthusiasm. She often says, “On the journey of life, a person should have a dream, a life, and a story to tell,” and she finds great fulfillment in accompanying each individual as they discover their own story.
