Why Should This Training Be Taken?

Face-to-Face Workshop Design
Theoretical Briefing
Group Studies and Case Studies: Participants work on conflict scenarios they may encounter in real life and produce solutions.
Role Play and Simulations: Interactive applications where different conflict resolution strategies will be applied.

Duration of Training and Number of Participants

Training Duration: 2 full days (8+8 total 16 hours) Number of Participants: In line with interactive applications and the dynamics of experiencing and learning together by participating, the recommended number of participants is a maximum of 12 people in order to ensure the highest level of training efficiency.
