Situational leadership allows leaders to guide their followers in the most appropriate way by taking these differences into account. This training aims to teach participants to choose and implement the most appropriate leadership style according to the situation and the competence and commitment levels of their followers by using the Situational Leadership Approach, which includes all leadership approaches.
