Why Should This Training Be Taken?

Goal setting training clarifies the strategic direction of organizations and provides harmony and consistency among teams. In this training, participants learn how to set strategic goals and take measurable and sustainable steps to achieve these goals. The training supports the harmonious sharing of goals at individual and team levels and their implementation with effective management. Purpose of Education

This training was created to develop the participants' goal setting, goal setting process and goal process management skills with a practical learning that can be transferred to their lives.

The main goal of the training is to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to;
Learn the approaches, stages, methods and techniques in the goal setting process,
Determine the goal criteria and goals objectively and effectively using various techniques,
Make the tracking and measurement of goals more effective and efficient,
Learn how to solve the problems that may be encountered during the achievement of goals more effectively.

Goal Setting and Management Competence: Participants learn modern goal setting techniques such as SMART, OKR, GROW and WOOP, and gain the ability to effectively define and manage goals.

Effective Planning and Follow-up Skills: The training teaches participants to effectively manage the planning, implementation and evaluation processes required for the successful achievement of goals.

Strengthening Teamwork: With Collaborative Design Approach (CDA) and goal consensus techniques, team goals are determined with a common understanding and motivation is increased.

Creating Vision and Strategy: Participants focus on the big picture and develop their strategic perspectives with methods such as goal hierarchy, vision walk and Disney strategy.

Problem Solving and Process Management: The training offers practical solutions to overcome obstacles that may be encountered while achieving goals and focuses on creating process motivation.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Participants gain the ability to design evaluation processes, measure the success of goals with the evaluation wheel and other tools.
