This two-day intensive program will provide your participants with effective training design, presentation and group management skills based on adult learning principles. They will gain the competencies to conduct training needs analysis, set SMART goals, prepare interactive materials and implement different learning methods. They will also become confident and effective trainers with practical communication techniques such as body language, storytelling and dealing with difficult participants. Your participants will leave the program with comprehensive skills to lead training processes both individually and institutionally.
